 READY/MADE:  3-7 business days (Monday-Friday)

CUSTOM CROCS & NECKLACES:  Processing time for custom crocs will be 3-5 weeks. This does not include shipping time, which may be an additional 5-7 business days. 

PRE-ORDERS: 4-6 weeks; Time will VARY according to pre-sale timeline.  

AFTER PROCESSING TIME: USPS Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days which may be extended during the holiday season.  You may select express shipping at checkout  for an additional cost.

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sorhor Lifestyle does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on any items. If your items arrives broken, please email info@sorhorlifestyle.com with pictures and/or videos within 24 hours of delivery.

 FREESTYLE CROCS

  • These crocs are made beforehand and available for immediate shipping.
  • Each pair of crocs will be unique.
  • Due to the popularity of styles, some sizes/colors may be unavailable.
  • Freestyle crocs cannot be changed or altered
  • The style is sold as shown in photo.
  • Freestyle crocs are first come first served. Be sure to sign up for VIP texts alerts for restock notifications.
  • You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • For personalization please head over to the custom crocs listings.

CUSTOM CROCS

  • Each pair of crocs are UNIQUE & handmade to order.
  • Choosing a BASE style allows for you to select the color you want at the top of your crocs. The design will not be the same as pictured.
  • Personalization is limited to patches, jibbitz, and word choice only.
  • Once your order is placed there will be no patch, charm or word substitutions, as this will impact the inventory available.
  • Patches & jibbitz (including word choices) are subject to availability. If the option is sold out, it can not be added to your design.
  • Processing time for custom crocs will be 3-5 weeks.
  • This does not include shipping time, which may be an additional 5-7 business days. (If you are not sure that you can wait, please view the Freestyle Crocs listing)
  • You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery.

How to order CUSTOM CROCS

Step One: Choose your base

  • Choosing a BASE style allows you to select your size & the color you want at the top of your crocs. The design will not be the same as pictured.
  • Crocs are not sold in half sizes. Be sure to review the Crocs Sizing Chart on the website before purchasing. Once you place your order, we are unable to accommodate any size changes. 
Step Two: Choose your Add Ons
  • Personalization is limited to patches, jibbitz, and word choice only.
  • You must include each additional add-on in your cart before checkout.
  • Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or changes of any kind, including patches, jibbitz & word selection.

Step Three: Checkout

  • Please ensure that you selected the correct size & included all custom croc add ons in your cart before checking.
  • Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or changes of any kind.
  • SHOP NOW, PAY LATER options are available.

CUSTOM CROCS: SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing time for custom crocs will be 3-5 weeks. This does not include shipping time, which may be an additional 5-7 business days. (If you are not sure that you can wait, please view the Freestyle Crocs listing)
  • Custom Crocs will not arrive on estimated delivery date quoted during checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Contact us using the chat with us feature on the website or emailing us at info@sorhorlifestyle.com.
  • Sorhor Lifestyle & FiveFlightsNYC are not responsible for repairs after 24 hours of delivery. After this times sorhors may use the Crocs Repair Kit that is included with your purchase.

How to order SLStyle Custom Necklace

Step One: Add Custom Necklace to Cart.  Add the exact amount of necklaces you are ordering to your cart. 

Step Two: Add Notes At Checkout  Please add your custom words to the “Special instructions for seller” section at checkout. You may add your name, line name, chapter etc. Do not add greek letters. If you would like certain letters capitalized, please include it in your notes.

    Step Three: Checkout  Please ensure that you have spelled everything correctly. Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate changes of any kind.

    GROUP ORDERS

    • Group orders of 5 or more should complete the Group Inquiry Form.
    • All group orders must bplaced at least 4-6 weeks before event date. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure group products and pricing.
