Shipping Policy

Please allow the following processing times:

READY/MADE:  3-7 business days (Monday-Friday)

PRE-ORDERS and CUSTOM : 4-6 weeks; Time will VARY according to pre-sale timeline.  Please read full description on product page.

AFTER PROCESSING TIME:

  USPS Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days which may be extended during the holiday season.  You may select express shipping at checkout  for an additional cost.

CUSTOM CROCS: SHIPPING POLICY

• Processing time for custom crocs will be 3-5 weeks. This does not include shipping time, which may be an additional 5-7 business days. (If you are not sure that you can wait, please view the Freestyle Crocs listing)
• Custom Crocs will not arrive on estimated delivery date quoted during checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Contact us using the chat with us feature on the website or emailing us at info@sorhorlifestyle.com.
• Sorhor Lifestyle & FiveFlightsNYC are not responsible for repairs after 24 hours of delivery. After this times sorhors may use the Crocs Repair Kit that is included with your purchase.
